Terms & Conditions, Dracula’s Vampire Ball at Bran Castle
Version 2026-10-04-v3. These conditions apply to reservations made directly with Legendary Tours SRL for the October 30–31, 2026 event and any Travel & Stay services shown in your booking confirmation. Read them together with the selected itinerary, the final price breakdown and the privacy notice before paying. Mandatory consumer and traveller rights prevail over any inconsistent wording.
1. Who you are booking with
Legendary Tours SRL, 26B Liberty Street, Mangalia, Constanta, Romania. Tax ID: 40293040. Trade Register: ROONRC J2018003636137. Booking and complaint contact: vlad@legendarytours.ro. “We”, “us” and “Legendary Tours” refer to this company. Stripe checkout may display our former legal name, Experience Ro Thrills SRL. As confirmed by the company, this is the same legal entity with Tax ID 40293040; it is not a separate payment collector. “You” means the lead booker and each traveller included in the reservation. Historical references to Romanian Thrills describe the earlier brand, not a different standard of service promised for this event.
Mysterious Adventures Tours and other suppliers may participate in delivering the event. Their involvement does not remove any statutory obligation of the contracting trader. Your final confirmation must identify the organiser and the role of Legendary Tours for any regulated travel package, together with required licence and insolvency-protection information. Such credentials are not implied by a logo, testimonial or brand name.
2. The event and what your ticket includes
Dracula’s Vampire Ball takes place at Bran Castle, Romania, on Friday, October 30, 2026, from 6:00 PM until 2:00 AM on Saturday, October 31. Times are local to Romania. The advertised experience has a maximum event capacity of 100 guests and includes private after-hours castle access, an English-language guided evening experience, dinner inside the castle, the Vampire Ball with a DJ, a cash bar, a midnight Halloween tribute, a costume contest and theatrical entertainment. Dacre Stoker is the advertised Master of Ceremonies.
Drinks purchased from the cash bar are additional. Water, coffee, tea and one glass of wine with dinner are included in the current programme supplied by the host. Flights, individual transfers, travel insurance, costumes, personal expenditure and accommodation are excluded from the event-only ticket unless expressly included in your written confirmation. Photographs and videos show previous journeys or events and are illustrative; they do not guarantee identical decorations, room layouts, attendees or weather.
3. Optional Travel & Stay
The Count’s Exclusive Package is an optional October 30–31 add-on: group transport from Bucharest to Bran, one night at Hanul Bran in shared occupancy, breakfast and the scheduled return transfer with Brașov or Bucharest drop-off. Travel & Stay Shared costs US$125 per guest. Travel & Stay Single costs US$175 per guest and includes single occupancy instead. Both are optional and subject to availability. The Vampire Ball ticket is separate.
The city pickup departs at 10:00 AM on October 30; the exact Otopeni pickup time will be confirmed separately. Arrival in Bran is expected around 2:00 PM. Return departure is scheduled for 11:00 AM on October 31 after breakfast and check-out. Traffic and operational conditions may affect journey times. Your confirmation sets out the room arrangement, collection point and service details. Shared-room matching is not offered. Guests choosing shared occupancy must arrange their own companion; a guest requiring single occupancy must select Travel & Stay Single. No hotel substitution or material itinerary change overrides any rights that apply to a travel package.
Transport and overnight accommodation sold together may constitute a package under Romanian law. The applicable package information and protections must be disclosed before you become bound. They are not waived by calling the services an add-on or describing a payment as non-refundable.
4. Making a reservation
Entering an email address opens the invitation; it is not a booking and does not reserve capacity. A calculated price, an unfinished payment session or a return from the payment provider is not confirmation. A reservation is confirmed when payment is verified and the written booking confirmation is issued. If verification is delayed, do not pay repeatedly: contact us with the booking reference. If we cannot accept a reservation after payment, we will return the amount collected for that unaccepted reservation.
The lead booker must have authority to provide information for the party and must share these conditions, itinerary and updates with all travellers. You must provide accurate names and a working email address, check your confirmation promptly and notify us of errors. Age and access suitability should be agreed before booking where relevant; there is no implied promise that every traveller can access every part of the castle.
5. Prices and payment
The Vampire Ball costs US$395 per guest, payable in full at booking. No deposit or later automatic ticket charge applies. Stripe checkout allows ticket quantities and optional Travel & Stay Shared or Travel & Stay Single packages. The total for all selected items is payable in full at booking. Travel & Stay Shared is US$125 per guest; Travel & Stay Single is US$175 per guest. Both options start unselected. Choose one package per participating guest. Shared and Single are alternatives for each person, not cumulative extras; quantities count guests, not shared rooms. Review quantities and remove unwanted extras before payment. Optional services remain subject to the disclosed availability and package information.
The final order summary is the controlling record of the amount you authorise. Applicable tax treatment and any compulsory charges must be disclosed before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or transaction fees independently of us. We do not store your card number. Do not send card details by email. Keep your receipt and booking reference.
If an amount remains unpaid at the stated deadline, contact us immediately. We may suspend final documents or cancel for non-payment only in accordance with the agreement and applicable law, after notifying you. A technical failure does not remove a valid payment you have already made. Contact us first if you believe you have been charged incorrectly; your lawful payment-dispute rights remain unaffected.
6. Cancellation by you, non-refundable policy
Event-only tickets are sold on a non-refundable basis for voluntary cancellation, change of mind, inability to travel, missed transport, late arrival, no-show or leaving the event early, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. This is a date-specific, limited-capacity experience. There is no general 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal right for a qualifying date-specific leisure booking under Article 16(1)(l) of Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014.
To cancel, email vlad@legendarytours.ro with your reference and the affected traveller names. We will confirm receipt and explain any applicable settlement. A cancellation request does not automatically entitle you to a refund or travel credit. Any discretionary credit, name change or transfer must be expressly agreed in writing; none is promised by these conditions. Where law gives a right to transfer a package, that right is preserved.
For any booking legally constituting a travel package, a blanket forfeiture cannot replace mandatory cancellation rules. You may terminate before departure, subject only to an appropriate, justifiable termination fee. The calculation must account for cost savings and income from alternative use of the services, and be explained on request. Any balance refundable under the law will be returned. The event-only non-refundable rule must not be used to defeat those package rights.
7. Cancellation or changes by the organiser
If the contracted event is cancelled without being provided, the non-refundable policy does not authorise retention of payments where a refund is legally due. We will communicate the available remedy, including required refunds. A replacement date or voucher is an offer, not an automatic substitute for a refund you are entitled to receive.
We may make reasonable minor running-order adjustments. A significant change to essential contracted services, including a material change to a package, will be notified with the options required by law. You will not lose statutory rights because a change concerns a supplier, venue or advertised host. Do not assume an alternative event, hotel or date is compulsory.
8. Extraordinary circumstances and package protections
Circumstances outside reasonable control may affect the experience, including official restrictions, serious safety incidents or severe disruption. This clause is not an automatic waiver of refund obligations. Where qualifying unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances significantly affect a package or carriage to the destination, the applicable statutory right to cancel without a termination fee and receive a refund is preserved. Legally required package refunds must be made within the statutory period, generally no later than 14 days after termination. Other remedies remain governed by applicable law.
9. Arrival, travel documents and insurance
Meet at 6:00 PM at Bran Castle’s secondary/staff gate beside the taxi station, unless a later written operational instruction specifies an earlier check-in. Bring identification matching your booking. Event-only travellers arrange their own journey and accommodation; public transport connections may be inconvenient for a late finish. Plan a safe return before the evening starts. Taxi availability at 2:00 AM is not guaranteed.
You are responsible for passports, visas and entry permissions applicable to your circumstances, and for allowing enough time for independently booked connections. Ask for advice before making tight flight connections to group transfers. Appropriate travel insurance, including medical and cancellation cover suitable for a non-refundable event, is strongly recommended. Insurance reimbursement is determined by the insurer, not guaranteed by us.
10. Access, conduct and safety
Bran Castle is a historic site with narrow corridors, steep stairs, uneven surfaces and an open-air courtyard. Wear stable footwear and warm layers beneath your costume. Follow venue and staff instructions, emergency directions and lawful security checks. Large luggage and bulky backpacks should not be brought into the castle. Do not bring dangerous items or engage in threatening conduct, harassment, deliberate damage or behaviour that risks others’ safety.
Staff may take reasonable action to protect guests and the heritage site, including refusing unsafe access or ending participation where justified. Any resulting financial consequences must remain proportionate and lawful; this clause is not a blanket waiver of rights or liability. Alcohol service is subject to applicable age and venue rules. Guests remain responsible for their own lawful conduct.
11. Dietary requirements and accessibility
Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options can be discussed with the host in advance. Notify us of allergies or strict dietary restrictions before booking so the caterer can assess them. No allergen-free environment or absence of cross-contact is guaranteed without express written confirmation. Similarly, please describe mobility or access needs before booking so we can explain practical limitations and assess suitable arrangements. Do not provide unnecessary medical information through the general traveler form.
12. Your information and event imagery
Personal data is handled under the separate privacy notice. The email gateway does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Operational booking and safety messages may be needed to deliver your reservation. Optional external video and calendar services load only when you choose to open them and are governed by their providers’ privacy practices.
These conditions do not grant us an unlimited licence to use your likeness for advertising. Any required notice, lawful basis or consent for promotional photography must be dealt with separately. If you have concerns about being photographed, speak to the host before the event. Be considerate when photographing other guests and follow venue photography rules.
13. Problems, liability and complaints
Tell the on-site host promptly about a problem so there is a reasonable opportunity to help. Afterwards, email your booking reference, a clear description and supporting information to vlad@legendarytours.ro. We will assess the complaint and the remedy available under your contract and applicable law. This request to report a problem does not improperly shorten a statutory time limit.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for injury, fraud, intentional wrongdoing or failure to perform statutory obligations. No general disclaimer for third-party suppliers removes organiser duties under package-travel law. Compensation, price reductions and remedies are governed by the applicable facts and law. Independently arranged travel is not automatically part of our contract, but this does not remove any damages claim the law allows.
14. Applicable law and dispute resolution
Romanian law governs this agreement, without removing mandatory protections of a consumer’s habitual residence where applicable. These conditions do not force a consumer to use a court that overrides mandatory jurisdiction rules. Contact us first to seek a practical resolution; you may also contact the competent consumer authority, including Romania’s ANPC, or use applicable alternative dispute resolution. The discontinued EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is not presented as an available complaint route.
15. The version that applies
The conditions and disclosed itinerary accepted at booking form part of your contract. Later website edits do not retrospectively reduce your agreed rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue to apply. Any agreed amendment should be recorded in writing. Mandatory rights and the expressly accepted booking confirmation prevail over contradictory general wording.
