Choose University Taxi Station in the city centre or Rompetrol OTP Gas Station near Otopeni Airport. Standalone ticket holders arrange their own transport and accommodation in or around Bran. A rental car or private transfer is more practical than public transport with multiple connections. Guests on a separately booked 5-day or 12-day tour should follow that organizer’s included transport itinerary.

Meet at 6:00 PM on October 30, 2026 at the secondary / staff entrance of Bran Castle, beside the taxi station. Bring your ID. Your hosts will greet you there. The exact gate map pin is awaiting verification; follow your host’s final arrival instructions.

Yes, Travel & Stay offers pickup at Rompetrol OTP Gas Station near the airport. The city-centre departure is at 10 AM; the airport-area pickup time will be confirmed separately. Discuss your flight connection with Vlad before booking flights.

Travel & Stay guests stay at a nearby 3-star hotel, a few minutes’ walk away. Independent guests are escorted to the gate when the event ends at 2:00 AM. There is a taxi station nearby, but book a ride in advance; availability is not guaranteed. Mysterious Adventures Tours staff are on site to assist guests leaving early or finding their way back into town.

The optional add-on costs $150 per guest sharing: October 30 group transport from Bucharest, one night at a nearby 3-star hotel and breakfast, then the October 31 return to Brașov or Bucharest. Travel & Stay Single costs $200 per guest and includes your own room instead of a shared room. The $495 event ticket is separate. Return departure is 11 AM after breakfast and check-out. Shared-room matching is not available, so why not bring a companion? Exact hotel and drop-offs are confirmed with your host.

At 7:30 PM, a candlelit Vampire Gourmet Buffet is served inside the castle. Dinner includes water, coffee, tea and a complimentary glass of wine. Additional drinks at the party are purchased separately.

Yes. From 8:00 PM, the interior courtyard cash bar offers themed Halloween cocktails, wine, beer and other drinks for purchase. Accepted payment methods have not yet been confirmed; ask your host before the evening.

The buffet can accommodate a range of dietary choices. Tell Vlad about vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free requirements before booking so options can be confirmed. For strict allergies or medical dietary restrictions, request specific confirmation from the catering team; no allergen-free environment is promised.

No. This is a private evening inside Bran Castle, including its interior courtyard, for a maximum of 100 guests. Public Halloween events can take place outside in tents; this invitation offers private after-hours castle access, dinner inside the castle and the courtyard Vampire Ball.

Friday, October 30: 6:00 PM arrival and after-hours castle access; 7:30 PM candlelit gourmet buffet; 8:00 PM courtyard Vampire Ball with DJ and cash bar. Dacre Stoker, great-grandnephew of Dracula author Bram Stoker, is Master of Ceremonies. Your local host is Vlad Blaj. The programme includes guided storytelling, theatrical appearances featuring Vlad the Impaler and a Vampress, a live DJ, a costume contest and a midnight tribute.

Private after-hours access covers the visitor areas used for the event, away from daytime crowds. Follow staff instructions and room closures; private access does not mean every restricted area is open.

Gothic, vampire or Halloween costume attire is strongly encouraged. Bring your own interpretation of the legend. A costume contest is part of the evening; exact prizes will be announced by the organizers.

Prepare for a chilly late-October night. The dance floor is in the open-air stone interior courtyard, and medieval rooms can feel cold too. Gas heaters are planned, but wear thermal layers under your costume and bring a warm coat or cloak.

Wear comfortable, sturdy boots or flat shoes for steep stone staircases, narrow corridors and uneven courtyard stones. Avoid high heels or stilettos. Large backpacks and heavy luggage are prohibited inside the castle grounds; bring a small cross-body bag or clutch with your phone, ID and payment essentials.

The castle has steep stairs, narrow passages and uneven surfaces. Contact Vlad before booking to discuss your individual needs and the areas you need to reach. Step-free access to all event areas is not guaranteed.

Tickets are $495 USD per guest, paid in full through Stripe at booking. There is no deposit or later automatic ticket charge. Adjust your ticket quantity in Stripe checkout. Optional Travel & Stay Shared is $150 per guest; Travel & Stay Single is $200 per guest. Both start unselected and can be added in the same checkout. Choose one package per participating guest, not both for the same person. Quantities count guests, not shared rooms. Shared-room matching is not available, so why not bring a companion?

Voluntary cancellation of fixed-date event tickets is non-refundable, subject to mandatory legal rights. Organizer cancellations and qualifying travel-package rights are handled under the Terms & Conditions; a non-refundable label does not remove statutory rights. Read the terms before payment and consider suitable travel insurance.

No. Your email opens the private invitation. A place is confirmed only after payment has been verified and a booking confirmation issued. Booking a call also does not reserve a ticket.
